Some contributors register their tracks with YouTube Content ID, so a licensed use can still be claimed. Registered tracks show a shield icon and come with a license certificate you can use in a dispute. Pixabay's FAQ advises disputing with 'I have permission or a license' plus track URL and license link, or contacting the author via their Pixabay profile.
